My greatest improvements in my trading career came from, and are still coming from suffering losses. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. There can be no evolution without overcoming difficulty.

Great advice, when people talk about trading a lot of the time they don’t mention losses. I think its a key part of the learning process. It’s not about the mistakes you make but how you bounce back and fix any issues.
