Hi there,
I’m just getting started with forex. Can you tell me if a company called finanzas forex out of panama is a scam? My buddy just invested 60kus. I’m trying to do some research before I do anything with them. thanks in advance
sorry troggy, i’m falling behind
never heard of this firm. in panama? you can do better my friend.
No Mas! No Mas! Like a bloody and battered Roberto Duran the folks over at Rosenthal Collins are giving up on MT4. This weekend they dropped a bombshell on their clients:
Tradewview not part of RCG?! as of today
Dear Valued Client,
From day one, Tradeview has worked to offer clients optimum trading solutions, by offering the familiar Metatrader 4 platform with sophisticated enhancements to the software. Our dedication has been to provide the latest trading technology by offering clients an unprecedented link to the biggest liquidity pools in the world. In doing so, we cultivated a new kind of FCM - one with a focus on innovation, and a relentless devotion to the best technology.
By creating our systems with this focus, we gained the ability to make fast changes in the most robust 24 hour market in the world. Every Tradeview client can rest assured that they will have access to the best possible solutions as soon as they become available.
We founded our partnership with Ikon GM based on our need for aggressive technical restructuring. Supporting 24 hour-a-day trading requires intensive support, and most FCMs are forced to outsource their technology needs. By joining Ikon GM, we are able to eliminate 3rd party solutions by utilizing their in-house technology company which specializes in network trading, and utilizing the latest market innovations. For our clients, this means we have direct control over our platform, and the ability to develop and test more advanced solutions in response to ongoing demand.
In addition to maintaining the best trading solutions, Ikon GM has a distinguished regulatory history. Since the firm?s original inception in 1999, Ikon Global Markets has maintained an exceptional record, which is an ethical priority we share.
By combining forces, Tradeview will continue to improve upon the promise we make to our clients: Providing optimum support, execution, and trading solutions that are unrivaled in the industry. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at our RCG office or our new office at Ikon Global Markets.
RCG Office: 212-437-1870
Ikon Office: 212-482-8275Regards,
The Tradeview Team
Anyone who spends time on the bulletin boards has gotten to know Tradeview Forex as they have spent gobs of money advertising their wares. Yet it appears they were never able to get MT4 to work proficiently and as such are simply walking away for the whole failed experiment. One Tradeview customer on the forex factory thread referenced above states:
Well, considering what it has been like trading with Tradeview’s MT4 platform all last week, a change for the better was needed. There have been numerous outtages to put up with and not to mention requotes during normal market conditions, invalid price messages, and not to mention when you enter an order the order does not go through and instead an “order accepted” message pops up and with no confirmed order. The message would sit there forever so one would have to cancel it and try again, but then one would get trade text is busy message. To circumvent around that you would have to close down the platform and re-open it and try all over again. That would cost you seconds and many pips. One night I could not close any orders and had to phone them in to close. The IT department has had their hands full rebooting the server and trying to fix the problems.
Tradeview says there were numerous problems related to hard coding from their 3rd party vendor for the STP technology. Problems that they could not get support for to fix.
While Tradeview should be commended for knowing when to call it quits I must take issue with this notion that Ikon has a “distinguished regulatory history.”
Last fall Ikon merged with Royal Forex Trading, which had a poor regulatory record and was sanctioned by the NFA right before they gave up their FCM license due to the fact they did not have the necessary capital to stay in business.
Second, both of Ikon’s principals were former principals of Coes FX. Right after they left Coes FX became the subject of numerous regulatory actions by both the NFA and CFTC resulting in a quarter million dollar fraud settlement and the closure of the firm.
CFTC Settles Foreign Currency Fraud Action Against COES FX Clearing, Inc.
Third, sources have informed me that many of the clients that Ikon will be receiving from Tradeview were formerly the clients of One World Capital. One World was the poster child for undercapitalization and blew up last year just as the $5 million capital requirement was kicking in.
In short, Ikon seems to stick its fingers in an awful lot of cookie jars and it they aren’t careful they may get their pudgy little digits stuck in one soon.
Finally, they are $10 million below the $20 million capital requirement set to kick in next spring.
So to those MT4 traders out there who chose Tradeview Forex because they were well capitalized I say buyer beware. Ikon is not Rosenthal Collins. It may be time for you to shop around again…
Oh dear…the industry seems to be besieged by all kinds of mergers and changes lately. I’m totally new to forex and looking for a reliable broker but really, it’s so difficult to find one! I have been looking at Ikon Royal because they seemed to be receiving good reviews on this site called Forex Peace Army but other than the reviews on that site, there seem to be very little reviews elsewhere on Ikon Royal. Other well capitalized brokers such as Deutsche Bank, FX Solutions, Interbank, etc, seemed to have lots of rants going against them. So frankly, I’m at a loss of who to go to.
Guess I’ll just have to keep shopping. Now looking at Alpari US too. Have sent them email enquiries but so far, have not heard from them yet.
Or so this website claims: Easy-Forex
Youll remember earlier this year the Savior wrote up a story on Easy Forex after an Israeli news broadcaster ran an expose on them: Forex Factory - View Single Post - Proposed NFA Capital Requirement
In that story informants claimed that as introducing agents they only made money if their clients lost money. Well, in this soon to be published book from the gang at easy-forex-warning they claim this is how introducing agents are compensated:
In order to ensure it’s wining against their clients, Easy Forex rewards their employees and people working for it outside the company, according to the amount deposited minus the withdrawals of their clients.
To demonstrate this method lets take an example.
An Easy-Forex agent convinces a person to open an account at Easy-Forex to trade the account by himself or to authorize an account manager to trade the account for him
The customer deposits $100,000
The agent is rewarded a certain percentage from this deposition. For the discussion let’s assume 10%. That is, the agent is rewarded $10,000.
The customer trades the money in the account or someone else does it for him and after a while he withdraws the money. At this stage there are three possibilities:
a. The account is balanced. That is the account holds $100,000 that the customer withdraws. In this case the agent that brought this customer needs to pay Easy-Forex back the $10,000 he received for the deposted amount.
b. The account is drained. That is the customer lost all the money in the account. In this case the agent does not need to pay back Easy-Forex anything. In this case Easy Forex gets the reminder minus the money given to the agent.
c. The account gained relative to the opening time. Say, the account balance is now $200,000 and the customer withdraw all this money. In this case the agent needs to pay Easy-Forex the $10,000 they gave him and another $10,000 out of his own pocket. What happens in practice is that they dont charge the agent immediately. The agent’s balance at Easy-Forex becomes now $20,000, and next month he needs to recruit $200,000 before making any money. From any point of view this money comes from this agent pocket.
What Easy-Forex is telling their agent is that they are partners in the company: They tell them you will make money from the customers you bring only if the company will make money from the client, but you (the agent) will lose money from this customer if we, the company, will lose from him.
Its called the Net Deposit Method and I must say this is all new to me. If it is true it is downright sinister. In fact, one agent provides testimony at the website in which he describes how angry an agent would get if their customer actually started making money:
An agent testimony
I saw people with clients that made money for many months. They use to give him such bad service. Answer unpleasantly There was a way of life in the company, a way of life when a client was making profit they use to shout, the son of a *****, move away form here. The guy is making profit, he is destroying my account. He is destroying my salary. Fly from here, go to a different company. They gave him bad service to force him to move to a different company because it was on their expenses. This is a terrible thing. Now, at the end, it didn’t matter what happened. I could not. I, in the last Yom Kippur, and after talking to Rafi, I couldn’t. This thing bothered me for a year or so. I don’t know how I survived there one year or so.
All of these testimonials apparently are related to Easy Forexs Israeli operation. But is this kind of stuff going on in America too? Easy Forex is registered with the NFA and to date they do not have any infractions on file with U.S. regulators. But then again the more and more checking I do on these companies the more apparent it is becoming to me that the NFA has only skimmed the surface of retail forex (the fact that Robert Grays fake $50 million bond went unnoticed for months by regulators is still flabbergasting to me.)
In any case Easy Forex deserves particular scrutiny from the trading public over their alleged market making activities. Traders should seriously consider trading only with Dealers that are not in the market making business. The evidence against them is really starting to pile up.
Re: Cavemanforex.com Challenge
I originally came to the cyber world of forex forums in defense of a baseless accusation by someone who posts on several forex forums under the pseudonyms: Forex Savior, Forex Figure and Forex Scholar (see post at http://forums.babypips.com/rate-my-broker/3900-your-funds-safe-nfa-shut-down-small-forex-fcms-25.html#post49486 ) suggesting Cavemanforex had no value and was run by a charlatan.
Up till then, I had never visited a forex forum. This accusatory post was brought to my attention by several of our Neanderthal brethren.
It is my understanding the purpose for these forums is to share information and NOT for the promotion of a website. To that end I sent off a memo to our upset members requesting them to stand down and refrain from defending us as I would deal with it. Thus, you may have noticed the lack of posts coming to our defense.
Conversely, an astute observer would have also noticed there has not been a single post on ANY forex forum anywhere from anyone who has joined our clan and was dissatisfied? Not one and Ive had the Trogs out scouring as many forums as we could find. Either no one actually reads these forums or weve just got a lot of happy people making money. One would think if the baseless accusations had even a smidgen of truth, there would have been at least a few negative posts from people who have joined us, had they been dissatisfied. After all, you cant please all of the people all the time, right? but again not one.
I have been perfectly willing to put my Cro-Magnon uni-brow on the chopping block (see posts at http://forums.babypips.com/rate-my-broker/3900-your-funds-safe-nfa-shut-down-small-forex-fcms-27.html#post51073 and http://forums.babypips.com/rate-my-broker/3900-your-funds-safe-nfa-shut-down-small-forex-fcms-27.html#post51373), knowing there were many watching with clubs at the ready for that much looked forward to Cavemanforex execution.
Well the challenge has just finished its fourth week and, while 4 days does not a challenge complete, to date it has netted 395 pips. Had anyone had the insight to play the signals with just a miniscule .25 mini lot per trade, they would have already earned more than the 89 bucks it costs to become one of us.
Now contrary to our agreement, Forex Savior/Figure/Scholar, as of this post, has only reported on the first week. Perhaps that was due to week 1 being the only down week so far even though his account made a profit. Perhaps its just because he is a busy guy. Either way, the original slander came from him. It seems only appropriate and honorable that he should be the one reporting on its validity and posting a retraction when warranted.
Regarding our low price scorned in the original post do you really think I make my money on an $89 fee? My money is earned on the 5+% ROI compounded every week in my account. Ill let you do the math. It is low to make it affordable to everyone. If it were free, it would be perceived to have no value and therefore would not be taken seriously and certainly not utilized.
This forum thing has taken up far too much of my time, so I do not expect to be posting any further. For those who are genuinely interested in how the challenge turns out, our Wednesday Free Picks page will continue to operate for you to judge for yourselves.
To the negative people and naysayers, and you know who you are, I empathize with you. I understand how bitterness can grow from not having the stones to trade in this market most likely due to heavy losses incurred from a lack of understanding. Hey Ive been there!
But dont give up. You would do well to heed the wise words of Charles F Haanel who, in 1912 wrote:
The mind may place the ideal a little too high and fall short of the mark; it may attempt to soar on untrained wings and instead of flying, fall to earth; but that is no reason for not making another attempt.
One last thought. I have a deeply rooted personal mission statement? It is to have a positive influence on every single person I come in contact with, directly or indirectly even my ex-wife. So I leave you with a gift. Its a free download at:

Rock on!
Cavemanforex Grand Poobah
OK Forex Savior, your turn. And it had better be good because I am very impressed with the previous post. p
It looks like Caveman is legit to go this far to defend their name. The challenge was taken, the results should be posted.
I am also disappointed. As he says FX Trog put his neck on the line here and as I have posted before I am impressed by that even without knowing how he would fare. I cant see any legit reason for not posting the results.
If I remember rightly the signals were also sent to someone else. Cant remember if it was you or sweetpip. Maybe they could be posted by whoever has got them if the Saviour is overcome with shame
It was Sweetpip.
I bow to thee Caveman. No conspiracy on my part I honestly have been tied up and tracking all these trades on my demo has been what I sacrificed as a result. But your results speak for themselves. see post below
I have been pressed for time and thus the Caveman Challenge has floundered as a result. But the cavemen are coming off three straight winning weeks. The Savior misunderestimated the knuckles dragging, club wielding, forex tabulating Australopithecines churning out signals over at cavemanforex.com
While only a fool would judge a signal provider favorably after checking out only a handful of trades amongst hundreds I will admit these cavemen have proved they are far superior to the monkeys who worshipped that stone slab in the opening scene from a Space Odyssey 2000.
So the Savior retracts his dis-endorsement of cavemanforex. Judge them by their numbers, not their body hair and sloped foreheads
and into the light. For years ACM has operated on the fringes of the legitimate forex dealer world but they have now seen the light. ACM is the newest registered forex dealer to become a member of the NFA.

Retraction Accepted… Thank you
It has been one year since the Savior started posting about the misdeeds and misadventures of the undercapitalized and the criminally minded in the retail foreign exchange world. To mark that anniversary here is a rundown of the top stories from a year of woe and sloth in retail forex. Cue up the Benny Hill Music
1) One World Capital Blows Up
Without question this former forex dealer is the poster child of this thread. In July of 2007 I reported on One Worlds shoddy book keeping as exposed by the NFA. I closed that post with this prediction: In short, One World is a classic Dead Forex Firm walking. Firms like One World are the reason the NFA is going to raise capital requirements. And when they do, does anyone honestly believe the One World’s of the world will survive?
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
In August I did a follow up report titled One World Forex with One Foot in the Grave detailing the many complaints traders were making about One World Capital, in particular the problem customers were having withdrawing funds. These reports coincided with information I was being fed that One World was in dire straits and that their sales staff had resigned en masse.

In September the news grew worse as customers confirmed to me they were having great difficulty getting money out.

Finally, the firm slipped beneath the waves in December just as the new capital requirements were kicking in.

2) The Forward Forex Follies
Of the many firms that went belly up in 07 perhaps known was more humorous to observe than NFA member Forward Forex. These two posts are must reads. Upon having the NFA enter his companys office the CEO of the firm, Onelio Manuel Murias, fled the premises likes a scalded hound. The firm was shut down shortly after.
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
Digging through wreckage of the firm one finds a whole cast of crazy characters right out of One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Here is a typical day in the life of a Forward Forex salesman:
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
And on and on it goes. Customers are pressured into sending in their 401k money or to take out second mortgages, which are then promptly flushed down the drain in worthless options contracts. Sales agents are described as harassing, berating and screaming at customers to send in money. One “Customer Service” representative tells a distraught customer who is losing his shirt that their sales agent (who else but the notorious Blauch) can’t be reached because he has “had a heart attack” and then finishes the conversation by saying “sorry, but this is the chance you took.” And my personal favorite, sales agents throwing chairs across the room in fits of rage.
Indeed, that is the chance you take with poorly capitalized firms.
3) Strolling through Maggot Mile
This story highlighted the loathsome villainy of Worldwide Clearing, one of the many seedy bucket shops populating South Florida. I also pointed out that another NFA registered forex dealer, Nations LLC, was inhabiting the same address and made the following prediction, Anyone want to make odds on how long it will be before Nations gets shuttered? Perhaps the folks over at Intrade can add a dead forex firms expiration date contract to their prediction market. If so, Im going long on Nations going under. And I aint worried about a margin call

A week later that is exactly what happened.
4) Nations LLC Bites the Dust
The collapse of Nations was entirely predictable for anyone who did a cursory background check on them. Cause of death? Undercapitalization. Pure and simple.

6) Switzerlands Swiss Cheese Regulation
Meanwhile in Switzerland gangs of scheming thieves were wreaking havoc in what had become the most notorious forex backwater on earth. I was quick to expose the lie put forth by Swiss forex dealers that their membership in anti-money laundering associations like ARIF was regulation comparable with the FSA or NFA for example.

Coming Tomorrow- Part II of the Saviors Greatest Hits
You didnt think the Savior would forget such criminal masterminds as Robert Gray or overlook the smooth talking shysters hustling and bamboozling the public at places such as Easy Forex or FX Open did you? On with the show
1) Forex Bastards Babe Bound for Big House
The sordid tale of Forex Bastard (aka Dmitri Chavkerov) and his mistress from Russia captivated the forex world after it was learned she actually got her golden ticket to America in a sham marriage that the Bastard himself presided over!

2) Dirty Rotten Scoundrel
The collapse of Forex Liquidity is perhaps the greatest con job ever committed in retail forex. It involved the forging of a fake bond valued at almost $40 million. This fake bond was used by FXLQ to fulfill their net capital requirement and for months they got away with it. Eventually the hoax was uncovered and FXLQ was shuttered by regulators and forced into bankruptcy:

Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
He has worked at over a half dozen different forex dealers just in this decade alone hopping from firm to firm (sometimes stealing the previous firms clients on his way out the door) always hustling, always scheming. Today Gray finds himself in deep legal manure but hell get no help from the forex community that has come to loathe him as this Irish ballad can attest to:
I read at one of these links that Robert Gray has an Irish passport and that if things ever get too rough he can always hop on Aer Lingus and live out his days shepherding sheep on a quiet farm outside Galway. Well, should that day come I’m sure the forex trading community will sing in unison:
Oh Robbie Boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountainside.
The summer’s gone, and all the flowers are dying.
'Tis you, 'tis you must go and we gladly say goodbye. But come ye not back when summer’s in the meadow
Or when the valley’s hushed and white with snow,
'Tis we’ll dread you be there in sunshine or in shadow.
Oh Robbie Boy, Oh Robbie Boy, we loathe you so…
3) The Running Man
These posts detailed the antics of Mr. Ryan Nettles who cut a Genghis Khan like swath through the forex industry. His war with Craig Karlis of Tradex Swiss AG fame became grist for the forex tabloids. He then treated the NFA with equal contempt when another one of his firms (Tradeco) went down the toilet in the summer of 2007. Last he was heard hawking his Weekend at Bernies like dead corpse of a company, Finex, to the poor sods at Varengold. Someone sign this man up for the 400 meter relay at the Olympics!

4) Metatrader Misery
What happens when a business deal goes bad? You get bitterness, recriminations, machinations and vows to get even. This appears to be what happened after Poltek FX and FX Open parted company.
Such is the opening to two investigative pieces I did on the broker war between Poltek FX and FX Open. This bloody civil war spilled over into numerous bulletin boards as each side released damaging information about the other in an attempt to discredit one another. In the end they both wound up deeply discredited themselves.
These posts also detailed how risky some of these small metatrader brokers are. There isnt a shred of transparency with these firms and it is impossible to do any kind of background check on them because they are not regulated and wont even tell you where they are based or who owns the company. It is a leap into the dark that too many traders have been eager to take.

5) Shark Hunting in the Caribbean
This post told the story of Mitch Vazquez and the gang at GCI who were closed down by the CFTC in 2002 only to emerge from the ocean like Jaws himself and start circling the waters off the coast of Belize, in defiance of the very court settlement Vazquez had apparently agreed to. Oh by the way this deadly man-eating squalus is also known to inhabit the lakes of Switzerland in the guise of Forex.CH. Swimmers beware.

6) Easy Forex Exposed
Back in November of 2007 the Israeli media was running stories on the sales practices of Easy Forex. Quoted in one report was an Easy Forex solicitor who said I had this evil grin on my face one day, when a client lost $35,000 in a quarter of an hour. A guy gets wiped out - I get my commission. A guy comes up a winner and turns a profit - I pay."
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
A lawsuit is pending in an Israeli court but when television crews are quoting former salesmen taking glee in their clients losing their shirts the trading public shouldnt be too worried regarding the judges ruling. Stay away from these guys!
Last month some ex-traders put even more heat on Easy Forex claiming all sorts of irregularities including tales about Easy Forexs Net Deposit Method. A must read for anyone concerned about the dealing and sales methods of market makers.
Forex Forum - FXstreet.com - View Single Post - NFA Forex Dealer Dead Pool
Two Volumes down, with more to come Im sure. There is still a lot of mucking out to do in the FX Barnyard and there is still a lot of time to pass until the CFTC comes out with its new rules. In short, there is still much to be written. And so it shall be.
Yes it was me
No I hadn’t followed the signals. When I tried them out originally, they mostly worked which was fine for me.
I was just pointing out that the results table had changed for the better a week later which looked suspicious. The reply was that the system had been tweaked and the table adjusted to reflect what “would” have happened if those signals had been generated with the newly tweaked system.
Although it’s tempting, and I’m sure anyone who gets the signals will do well, I’m trying to learn to trade on my own in case one day those signals (or anyone else’s) disappear… and then I’d be stuck.
Thanks Forex Troglodyte for your efforts and if I can’t do it on my own, then one day I may reconsider.
The NFA has just blown the lid off I Trade FXs finances. I Trade FX has had a wild financial history going from $6,500,000 in adjusted net capital in March of 2007 to $-3,000,000 in April of 2007 then up to an astonishing $34,000,000 by December of that same year. Last month the firm took a huge net capital drop down to $16,000,000. Who knows what it will be next month. But judging from this just released NFA BCC action against the firm we are beginning to get an inkling why the firms numbers are all over the place:
First the NFA reveals this juicy little tidbit about I Trade FXs customer base:
the firm had approximately $10 million in customer liabilities and approximately 3,000 active customer accounts, though only nine of these accounts had more than $50,000 in equity.
For a firm that saw its net capital grow from a little over $1,000,000 in 2007 to $34,000,000 by the end of the year that is a TINY customer base. Only 3,000 accounts? Only NINE accounts with equity of over 50k? The firm is barely doing any business. So how did their capital figure grow to such a huge amount?
Answer per the NFA: David Smith
Who is David Smith? Well he is famous in Jamaica for starting a couple currency trading clubs (Olint Corporation & TCI FX Traders) that racked up huge profits. Only problem for Mr. Smith was that he neglected to register with Jamaican authorities and in 2006 they swooped in and raided his place of business seizing everything in sight. The raid was upheld by the Jamaican Supreme Court last year. The Government has yet to charge Smith with any crime and in the meantime he has shuffled on over to the Turks and Caicos Islands to await the outcome of the investigation: David Smith on the business of currencies trading - JAMAICAOBSERVER.COM
But while he was awaiting his fate in Turks and Caicos he continued to operate his Olint and TCI accounts at I Trade FX. And this is what has so concerned the NFA.
In 2007. when NFA got wind of the Cease and Desist order against Smith they asked I Trade FX to turn over Smiths bank records since he was a principal in the firm. I Trade FX could not get Smith to comply and so they dumped him as a principal. But the NFA didnt let the matter die there. They began digging through Smiths trading activity at I Trade FX (particularly his Olint and TCI accounts). Examples of Smiths activity cited by NFA included:
NFA reviewed the activity in an account Olint opened with I-Trade in September 2006. The Olint account opening documents indicated Smith and his wife owned Olint and that the funds in the account came from them only. During the first two months this account was open, no trading activity occurred; however, during this time, Olint made four deposits totaling approximately $59 million and eight withdrawals totaling about $35.5 million.
Several more examples like this are cited in the NFA report including this one:
Between August 2006 to May 2007, Olint and TCI deposited almost $100 million into its trading accounts at I-Trade, but only a small percentage of these funds were used for trading purposes. By May 2007, Olint and TCI had withdrawn the vast majority of the funds from its I-Trade accounts. However, approximately $50 million of the funds which Olint and TCI withdrew were sent to JIJ Investments, a company owned by Martinez and his brother and father, Jacob and Jared Martinez (owners of I Trade FX).
What the NFA is charging I Trade FX with is failure to notify NFA of suspicious activities, not money laundering itself. But it does raise very troubling question about the people I Trade FX is associating with.
I Trade FX responded in a radio interview in which they directly contradicted some of the NFAs charges (Smith was only a minority shareholder according to I Trade FX.) But in one eye popping segment of the interview David Smith and I Trade are busted by the interviewer on the question of why wouldnt David Smith give the NFA his bank records? I Trade FX claimed Smiths lawyers felt NFA had no jurisdiction to ask for Smiths bank records and so Smith declined. Ten minutes later David Smith gets on the phone and states the NFA never asked him for his bank records and that I Trade gave NFA that response because Mr. Smith needed more time to put his records in order. Smith quickly back tracks when he gets called out on his original answer and in general gave a less than stellar performance. This radio interview was just conducted at nationwidenewsnetwork.com and is a must listen:

This is big news in Jamaica even if most people in the United States have no idea who David Smith and I Trade FX are. At the end of the interview the interviewer asks David Smith why customers of Olint arent getting paid their monthly returns. Smith has no answer and after an agonizingly long pause throws out that his brokers wont give him the funds and he doesnt know why. The credibility of David Smith crumbles by the hour and his constant references to himself in the third person in this interview only damage him further.
It may be that we have only touched the tip of the iceberg with this story so stay tuned as this investigation moves forward.
