Aussie Brokers?

I looked at GO Markets but their feedback on-line does not seem the best. I must say however I have not traded with them myself so I don’t have any personal experience with them.

I’m not sure about them, but am far more interested in an ECN broker. Any platform that adds something onto the spreads is asking for trouble in my book. Rather pay commission just like with DMA CFDs where market makers can’t move the spread around on you.

Regarding Admiral Markets they offer ECN access via Admiral.Pro Accounts. Tried them for their 25% bonus on deposit campaign…If I am not mistaken they are in Australia pretty recently, trying to fight big guys with thick bonus campaigns.
I dont mind:) So far, havent had any technical problems.

I’m very cautious with any broker who provides a deposit bonus.

Casino’s give deposit bonuses. They can afford to given the structure of the business. Think about that.

do you have a direct experience in using any one of these Australian brokers? Thank you

G’day All,

Im in Brisbane and use Axitrader and have been very happy with them! Recently I become Chronically ill, I am unable trade manually. May I ask, does anone kknow of a good EA and or Mirror Trader as I am trying to automate my trading given my illness??? Thanks heaps in advance.

Hope i’m in the right place here,
I have registered with Alpha Brokerage recently , i think they are based in sydney
They are trading on my behalf when i am ready,
They also use Metatrader4
I seem to remember them mention that i wll not be able to trade on the MD4 platform as an individual?

No most brokers if you set up a managed account with them meaning they trade for you then you can not trade that account. Would would have to setup a new individual account so you can trade with. Just ask them to switch it when your ready to trade. Some brokers will do it others you will have to withdraw the money then redeposit it into a new account.

Thanks Bobmaninc

how about GFT? anybody used them before? how’s their MT4 performance?

GFT is a great broker. When I traded with them I used the dealbook 360 plattform so I am not sure of performance on MT4. I would say try it out on demo but I dont see any reason it would not be up to standards as far as MT4 plattforms go.

what’s the difference between MT4 and dealbook360? just interface ?

yes, possibly because it has the same functionality and properties. so I guess yes, only interface.

I use GFT’s 360 platform, just because I like the way it looks more than a MT4 one.

Hi Guys, Just to let you all know I am still using Vantage FX as my broker. I have had no problems with them and can highly recommend them. Withdrawals and payments all dealt with promptly. No issues with connection or trade execution. Good app for the Iphone too.
