I’m still on demo tho. just wanna understand more about risk management and handling emotions… got deep interest for forex so i can be dependable i wanna get really familiar and always learning in here

there is no way to ignore the importance of demo , but i think the experience we take from demo, not works actually when trading in a real account , its very common attitude.
there is no difference between demo and live , its all about psychological issue , nothing without it. there is no emotions when trading in demo.
For emotions and trading psychology you can read two books The Discipline Trader, and Trading in the Zone. Both books are written by Mark Douglas. Every trader should read these two books.
i have passed a long time in Forex trading and still doing demo , in there i use all my trading strategies to see the performance how it works.
yes , its very common to use high leverage and trading strategies in demo to see the performance and its very supportive to avoid unfortunate risk and losses when trading in a real account.

If you are already using a demo account, it is sure that you will learn a lot. And if it is about learning risk management, you should take up a course that will explain to you better.
I think if you want to learn to contro your emotions,start investing with a small amount on live account as we do not trade on the demo account with virtual funds with same emotions like we should do on live account as it involves real money
