A Newbie's Journal : Feedback Welcomed

Hey guys, just started trading a couple weeks ago. Been an interesting couple of weeks… have only wanted to quit like 5 times

The hope of this thread is to get feedback on the trades I’m making and maybe help out some others in the process. I’ve been mostly daytrading but am looking to get a bit more patient and start to at least do a little swing trading. I won’t bore you with the first couple weeks of awful trades, though I am up 200 pips from when I started.

Current positions

Sell EUR/GPB : Entered yesterday at .809010 : Just took first profit on it. 1 Lot remaining. TP set at .79424 (1 month low) and S/L moved up to guarantee 15 pips of profit if it reverses hard.

Sell NZD/USD : Entered yesterday at .822213 : Little concerned on this one. The 2 hour chart shows a descending channel that its been trading within for a month. Sold it right at the top of the channel and has broken out of it slightly. Could possibly be left over momentum from the news yesterday but not sure here on whether it will return into the channel or be fully broken out.

S/L : .82700
T/P : .80888 (near bottom of channel)

Current trade thoughts:

Waiting to see how AUS/CAD moves in the next coming days, its right in the middle of a rising channel on the backside of the 2 hour chart. Big movement towards either side of the channel and I’ll be thinking about getting in.

Any to illustrate your positions and the premises?
