The premise of the book is that success in trading isn’t technical analysis skills etc as most traders learn these and still fail in making money.
He worked as a broker and watched people fail in their accounts by not taking losses and taking profits too early. His view is people shouldn’t fear losses and should add to winning trades and not take profits out. He is very much against setting a profit target for a trade and you should maximise each trade - this may mean sometimes you lose profit or a profitable trade moves into a loss.
He’s a very interesting guy

Tom has learnt to detach himself from emotional fear. His strategy is a simple scalping trade on the London and NY indicies.
That means finding a short bullish or bearish trend and adding to a winning position. Aiming to move S/L to breakeven.
Day in and out. It’s truly amazing when risking £300 a POINT.

Really interesting sounding book .
What profit does he aim for or is it to keep going for a certain time period
Basically he doesn’t set a profit target it is until he feels the trade has ended.
He also talks a lot of people looking to buy dips and sell on peaks. But what people should be doing is buying when the price is going up and selling when it is going down. No one knows when the top and bottom is !!

Seems simple enough I mean the concept will definitely listen to this chap thanks for your this
He also has a YouTube channel. There is a podcast filmed where he covers a lot of his approach with the host.
There is one YouTube when he is filmed by Norwegian tv for the day. He goes for lunch while his trades are running with £‘000 of loss and doesn’t seem to bat an eyelid. Well worth a watch (it has subtitles)
Ok I like this! Right now literally everyone is talking about buying the dip but I’m just like ok but where’s the bottom though??
I will be reading it immediately after the next book on my list. Tell me what you think; tell me what you like about it.
