A relationship between Long & Short moving curves

Hi,

Is there exist a relationship between buying or selling at the right time and the physical distance between of them ( the red and blue moving curves indication ) in the currency pairs charts in MT5?

                               Thanks,

Do you mean moving averages?

No; when we open a new order, a window is opened and at the left hand side of it we
can see two moving curves; blue and red.

I think you mean MACD.

Look up MACD in Pipsology. This may be what you are looking for.

In indicator setting, you will find what they represent.

if you mean this then its called spread

In the short-run, if output is reduced, average cost will rise because the fixed costs will work out at a higher figure. But, in the long-run, fixed costs can be reduced if the output is continued at the low level. Hence, average fixed cost will be lower in the long than in the short run.

Yes that’s it;

Is it profitable to buy or sell , when the spread is as much wide as possible in a special time?
