ACCENT FOREX is a real THIEF and they stole my money by giving me an Excuse about Liberty Reserve.
DO NOT even think that you can withdraw your profit from ACCENT FOREX Just forget about it, Because You CAN NOT even withdraw your own money that you have Deposited to ACCENT FOREX.
ACCENT FOREX is using the shutdown of Liberty Reserve as another new excuse to STEAL money from traders.
This is the E-mail that Accent Forex sent to me on 27-06-2013 and it shows exactly how they stole my money :

All your funds, deposited through Liberty Reserve, were frozen by US Government on LR’s accounts. AccentForex is not owner of LR and cannot compensate looses, caused by the U.S. government. Therefore, it was decided to stop all payments from accounts that have been deposited through LR. You can write a complaint to the U.S. government and LR Company.
As you can see Accent Forex is STEALING my money by telling me that my money is in my Liberty Reserve account and they are not the owner of LR, and I have to write a complaint to the U.S. government and LR Company. (Is it not funny ???)
And I just wanted to ask Accent Forex these questions :
1 ) - Is my fund in my trading account or in my LR account when I am trading ???
2 ) - How could I trade on Forex Market using your Broker & MT4 when my money is in my Liberty Reserve account ???
3 ) - What does my money have to do with U.S. government or LR Company When it is in my trading account at Accent Forex ??
My Name is UBONRAT HUANGSRI, I would like to inform to all of you that Accent Forex is SCAM and a real THIEF. They Stole my own initial Deposit Money by giving my some Excuses about Liberty Reserve, which my Account does not concern with Liberty Reserve.
I opened a new account with Accent Forex and Deposited 3000 USD Via LR, I have lost almost 1/3 of my account, Because of their RE-QUOTES and OFF- QUOTES and INVALID PRICES & DISCONNECTION of their MT4,
Actually I did open more than 10 accounts with them in the past 2 years and they did cheat after cheat and they cost me more than 10000 USD lost. & recently they Stole my last initial Deposit money of 3000 USD. They cheated and they stole more than 13000 USD of my own initial deposit money & I swear to GOD I never made even 1 $ profit with this Scam broker, Because of their cheating. In fact they have so many different ways to Cheat & to Steal money from clients such as: Their Tons of RE-QUOTES and OFF- QUOTES and INVALID PRICES & also DISCONNECTION of their MT4 which the trader cannot be able to close the trades & it will cause the trader a huge lose. The other way of Accent Forex to Steal is: Charging 2.99 USD for each Deposit made via LR (Which LR never charged any fees for transferring fund, LR was charging maximum 2.99 USD only when it received the fund NOT for transferring the fund) & also they will cut their bonus and they will take the bonus back when the trader is minus and they will cause the trader a margin call and then lose. But I will make it simple to my last case about LR.
After that situation happened with LR and it was shut down and closed, then I did request a withdrawal via Webmoney, But they did not allow me to withdrawal my own initial deposit money (2,084 USD) that I had remain in my account and they gave me some Excuses about LR, & I knew that it is just an Excuse, Because I have 3 accounts in 3 other Brokers and they allow clients to choose another options for Deposit and Withdrawal and I did withdrawal my money from other 3 brokers via Webmoney without any problems or Excuses about LR,
So, after Accent Forex gave me this Excuse, I did open a new account with Accent Forex and I transferred all my money 2084 USD from my old account to the new account and I did choose Webmoney option and I also Deposited 9 USD via Webmoney to prove my new account with the new payment option, Then I did request a withdrawal via Webmoney from my new account and again they did not allow me to withdrawal my own initial Deposit money… Even though my new account does not concern with LR, I just wanted to withdraw my own Money that I have deposited to my account , BUT they don’t even let me to withdrawal my own money… I also was agreed that Accent Forex take half of my money and let me to withdraw only half of my own initial deposit money… But when the thieves want to steal your money, They want all of it… they don’t even care that you are poor or what… They just want to steal it…
I chatted with them and sent them so many E-mails but I never get any response except these two Excuses they sent me by E-mail That :

We checked your Withdraw Request and remind you that your last deposit was from WebMoney Payment System on 9$.
Unfortunately, now you can not withdraw all requested funds due to a situation with Liberty Rsrv.
We will keep you informed if the situation will changed.

I then try to call them on Phone, But there was No answers, and I also find out that the Address and the phone number they mentioned on their site are never Exist.
At last I would like to tell to everyone that Accent Forex is a Scam Broker, They are Thieves and they will Steal your money and You Can Not even get your own initial Deposit money Back from them. I have lost more than 10000 USD before Because of their cheating, and recently they Stole my own initial Deposit money of 3000 USD.
By the way, All these best and good comments here and on the other sites on the internet, Are All made by Accent Forex Staffs… and they are NOT TRUE.

"5.3.2 AccentForex is not a guarantor and can not become it for the obligations of the payment system. In case of any payment system stopped its business, all client’s funds on his trading account (if this account was replenished by this payment system) will be directly debited in a whole amount. All client’s funds, which are proceeding through the payments system, are keeping on separate accounts on the same payment system and are used for maintaining the size of deposit and profit on them and for prompt payment in future, which are necessary for withdrawing funds, according to client’s requests from their accounts at the broker."
AccentForex Broker Company always strictly observe the provisions of “Trade Agreement”.
Since we always meet the needs of our clients there was found alternative solution: not debiting the funds from client’s accounts(which was deposited with LR) but freeze it till payment system resumes its activity. After that all the funds will be returned on accounts during 24 business hours.
Before the force-majeure with LR occurred, there was no withdrawal troubles in any amounts, through any payment system. And it’s going to be so from now forth.
To prevent such situation we recommend to use reliable payment systems: bank wire transfer, credit/debit card, Skrill/MoneyBookers
