Access Violation - Demo Account error

Hello!

I have this error - [B]Access Violation[/B] - and I checked the Access Violation – FXCM Support Portal where on my Demo Account the explanation will be: [B]…you registered for an options demo account and are attempting to place a trade on the regular trading station…[/B].

But my account is NOT an option account. It is a regular account. And I have this error when I try to delete an Entry Order or when I try to move my SL into an active trade.

Any help?
