Alarm / Alert from Two Indicators

Hi all

I have two indicators when combined that give me a very good trend indicator , I have both mql4 files and both indicators give values on the data window (Ctrl +D) i have attached a picture of when it would signal a pop up box and play a .wav

Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks you in advance

I now have this coded, i am now trying to add a multi time frame indicator as shown in the picture in the top right, once this is done i will be working on making this a fully functional EA , if anyone would like to help me with this and get onboard please message me
