Hello to all. I recently opened a demo account, and I basically trade forex, with the occasional dabble into commodities. My account size is 10k, and in order to train myself for prop firm challenges, I aim at generating 10%. Now, my leverage is set to 1:1 for various reasons. Because of this, I was mainly trading micro lots, but once I got a little over 10K, I started targeting, whenever possible one mini lot, as I found micro lots to offer modest gains, and accelerate my journey to 1k of profits. Is what I am doing is what is known as full porting, and is it as risky as it is rumored to be if I am using 1:1 leverage (or no leverage per se) and always leaving some free margin in the account ?
