i think ur s/l is too tight
Your opinion is welcome, however, s/l is determined by one’s strategy, and at the moment, I’m keeping the s/l fairly tight.
Cheers.
In my opinion, the market direction has changed on EUR/USD.
Current trade: SELL - EUR/USD @ 13072, s/l @ 13106, t/p @ 12972
Let’s see how this goes. Wish me luck.
UPDATE: Still holding on to trade. Looking good! :57:
RESULT: Trade closed @ 13064 = +8 pips
1 word,
Amazing:eek:
Dude! That’s two words and a number!
:18:
Ha-Ha-Ha. LOL - That’s me laughing in Latin.
Mhaw, that was the day low when triggered. Works pretty good as an s/l for the lower TFs.
The above trade was closed with a little bit of profit because it would seem like price action has turned.
Going into a buy. The intention is to follow price action, and that’s what’s happening here. Peace.
Just gone into a buy.
BUY EUR/USD @ 1.3063, s/l @ 1.3035, t/p @ 1.3163. (change t/p to 1.3093)
May the ‘pip force’ be with you.
UPDATE: t/p for this trade has been changed to 1.3093.
RESULT: Target reached - +30 pips banked.
Going out on a limb on this one, but JMO, (just my Opinion) Its not looking to amazing…
Not doggin ya bud, but amazing to me would be 3-3 so far and up at least 50% on daily balance…
Just saying…
And, to be honest, you going to lose this trade…
I see you have TP at the strong resistance, but I can only see a SAFE TP at 18 pips FROM HERE (1.3048 to 1.3066 )
1.288 test is a good bet by Friday,
Again, just my opinion, and throwing it out there, lets see how this unfolds for sh*ts and giggles,
many pips to You,
*hat tip
hey MoneyNVRSleeps - use IMO “In my opinion” Though sometimes I hate the bad use of English it’s a common acronym in the chat world. Hows your trading going - will have to find your thread again.

Greetings. A trade not looking good atm (at the moment) is one thing, and saying categorically that I’m gonna lose this trade is another.
You got a crystal ball or something? This is forex my friend and anything’s possible. Take care.
Hey obaasima,
IMHO you are chasing the price, don’t you?
Hopping buy & sell trades.
Don’t get mad :16: if u think otherwise, I’m just curious. Can I ask how much trading experience u have.
Take this from an absolute novice, I do have some buy and hold experience on the Australian Sharemarket. I do not feel confident around round numbers - meaning if something ticks over 1.30 - 1.31. These IMO are psychological numbers - big fat round numbers, experienced traders probably don’t brush an eyelid but what I see is a big fundamental and psychological barrier. I really wouldn’t mind feed back on this topic though, its something that actually stops me trading as well as I think I could.
Hi, yes,I follow price action, plain and simple. Following trend, going with the trend, letting the trend be your friend, reading PA(price action) etc etc, they’re all the same as chasing price; I may be wrong… but PA hops up and down and depending on your strategy and market conditions at any given time, you may need to do the same (hop buy and sell trades)
I am still a work in progress and I’m learning everyday. I have been a forex student for years and still am.
Damn - kids getting serious. Good Trading.
IMO chasing the price is very tiring & dangerous, as it opens you to more mistakes. No matter how much experience you have, you can never avoid mistakes, it’s human nature. And controlling your emotions, do I have to talk about it :15:
Once I was chasing the price, trading ranging markets. But I got hit bad. I thought trend is my friend, until it turns against you without any notice. I also tried tight SL once, but over the time SL accumulated more than TP, mostly due to my mistakes.
I just want to tell you, be extremely careful :59:
