I am looking for a good broker that accepts American credit card for depositing and isn’t offshore broker. I live in Sudan and I am not American

Dont bother. You’ll have a tough time withdrawing the funds to another account as you wont be able to deposit into a credit card. Read the brokers withdrawal terms and conditions and talk to them too.
If your trying to use your credit card your better off trying to use a paypal with your credit card to pay another paypal account you have access to and then deposit the money into your bank account.

I contacted over 10 brokers and no one accepted it?!

Most regulated brokers I know don’t. Like I said it be easier for you to withdraw the funds from your cc and have it deposited in a bank account of yours. That way it’d be easier for you to just have the broker extract the funds from your account.
