Hi the android app for babypips is great but I have noticed it does not always auto refresh

I have a Samsung galaxy s 3 not rooted so not sure what, the issue is. Is there a way I can send you guys a log of what’s going on?

I trade with an Android Asus Transformer which is great. The big however though is I don’t really use my brokers app all the time. There’s really nothing like Metatrader unfortunately. The App world is still a few years from finding something that may replace it, for now, the Tablet is just a tool I use to supplement and enjoy for the freedom and mobility.

I’m a big tech guy so I do remote desktop with my Linux Ubuntu. I’m able to connect to my Metatrader with my Tablet and it makes me feel right at home. Makes the tablet pretty too. I’ll post a screenshot when I get off Newbie status. On my profile homepage I posted it there.

Hi you do realise im talking only about using the babypips application for android?

What i mean is when it gives me a notification telling me there is an update when i click on it and it opens the babypips application i have to hit the refresh button to show me the new threads, sometimes it does not auto-refresh like it should do when opening the application.

Cool. I really enjoy using the android app.

I really like the Android App and use it quite often. If you are working on the next version, here’s some changes to consider:

1 - Override of the screen turn off. Using a Nexus 7 primarily. When reading a long thread post the screen will go to black before I have a chance to scroll down. I don’t seem to have this problem when reading Kindle books. Hoping you can override it.
2 - Remember where I am in a thread. I bounce between 5 different devices throughout the day. I’d really like it if there was some way to go to where I was previously in a forum thread. It’s kind of a pain to remember I was on page 57 or a 202 page thread post!

Would also like to have the ability to zoom in on images posted to forums. I am on WiFi, so am not worried about data usage.

Likewise I have unlimited data on my three package

Maybe forcing compress u i by it auto zipping uploaded attachments could improve page loading times and save your bandwith?

Yes, I am picking nits now… would like the ability to swipe left or right to page up or down in a forum topic. Thanks again, this app is the most used on my tablet!
