The hacker took 13 secs to use a $1 billion “flash loan” to gain a supermajority within the protocols governance system, which ultimately allowed him to alter the code and send himself the funds. The flash loan was repaid.

That is an insane amount of money. Got to be so careful in Defi atm
It’s so easy to get scammed. Discord, Twitter, DMs, email, link redirects, text messages, and too much public info available to anybody willing to pay. It’s the wild west out here.
That’s a shocking amount stolen in such a short period of time.
