Any EA's that can Top up trades?

I am currently looking for an EA that can perform top up trades using risk management. Are there any EA’s that can be suggested? I have not had any luck so far.

It would be an EA that adds additional trades when it takes a profit. So basically the first trade hits its profit and so the SL is updated to the profit and then a second trade is opened using the previous trades profit as a SL so there are two trades and then repeat and add a third trade. Then once it sees a reversal it would stop out the trades using a tight SL that would be a breakeven or small profit.
