Is there any good resources out there for beginners to start learning about 3 market phases Accumulation, Manipulation, Trend?
Wyckoff Method does that perfectly.

I find it a little hard to grasp. Do you know of any source that explains this for newbies?
It’s very hard to grasp, just like any method of trading. Trading is as intense and requires as much education as a university degree.
In regard to Wyckoff there is a website called Wyckoff Analytics that is a good site. It offers courses but they are very expensive. However they have a weekly newsletter you can sign up to for free that will help you understand. So it’s worth signing up, study that newsletter for a few months, and then if you like what you see you may then like to try a course. Otherwise just google Wyckoff on the internet and there is a treasure trove of videos. Some good some bad. There are books you can buy and read.
Unfortunately Wyckoff performs best on stocks and futures.
