Hey there, good question
I will recommend some good resources for you, but first Iโll share some of the key things that helped me on my journey and the areas I think you should focus on.
The most important is to realise that trading is 90% psychological. I know a lot of people say this and I ignored it when I first started but just trust me, itโs incredibly important.
You need a systematic strategy next, trading is about probabilities and the outcome of your next trade isnโt important. The outcome of the next 20 though, IS important!
If you have a weighted coin in a coin toss that meant that 55% of the time it landed on heads, would you worry about the outcome of each toss? No because you know that over 40,50,60 etc tosses, your edge will play out in your favour - trading is the same!
Trading itself can be easy, donโt fall for the hype of perfect strategies and indicators, just find one that you find simple and execute on it consistently.
One last thing Iโd recommend is keeping a trading journal and making the effort to do a short review of your progress each week or month. This will make sure you donโt fall into the cycle of making the same mistakes day in, day out - which can happen!
Anyway hope that helped.
Youtube
Falcon FX - Iโm not a fan of the strategy BUT the psychology videos and practices are top notch.
Wicksdontlie - Does good daily livestreams but can become a crutch if youโre new, best to learn and practice your own skillset
Books
Trading in the zone - mark douglas (amazing for psychology)
Thank you so much for the insight dude I had heard that before but never really took it serious either.
Iโm gona start with the videos and keep track of everything in excel cause Iโm been doing it very day to day not focusing on my past trades.
