Yes it’s true, fxopen and dukascopy are indeed partners.
Irrespective of their commission, opening an account with these guys are easy. Getting your, or even some of your money back is virtually impossible. Their service in moving cash back to you is extremely poor to non-existent. I also had accounts with other banks, such as DeutscheBank, where the service was excellent all round. My recommendation is to stay away from Dukascopy, as it is irrelevant if you make money or not on the trading - getting it back physically is an absolute nightmare.
