I understand that it is not inexpensive course, but how good is it?
Has anyone taken freedom Forex course from Bill Poulson and actually learned much? Also what the cost is as he is keeping that secret until the release this week.

It is about time. Not everyone has the patience to read books. Many people want to short learning curve this way, and they want to feel hand holded in the new adventure.
Similar idea come to my mind too, but when I calculate how many books I can buy with those money…I said - no way.

I dont know about you, but when I order something, I want to know every detail. I work too hard to earn my money to give them away to anyone so easy.

Read babypips school and after that take a look on tymen candlestick thread. Order some forex books from Amazon and you will be on right track.

Did you sign up to receive details on his lessons, or is this just spam? Either way you can probably discredit it… anyone who needs to send out mass emails is probably not worth listening to.
I’m with Abner… everything you need to learn about Forex is available free online, probably 90% of it centrally located just on this site alone in the school and forums. The rest you get from experience of trading a demo account for a few months.
If you are just looking for a system or EA, we have an entire section of the forum here dedicated to them for free. Many people like myself also have free forex blogs on how and why we trade.
A good decent book under $20 is more than
sufficient along with many online education
stuff available from here and from fx brokers’
sites as well. It’s one thing if it
is a $20-$40 book but entirely another if it
is a $200-$5000 “guru course”. Utter waste
of your money! There is no holy grail you can
buy for $5,000! Why aren’t these moronic
gurus making money trading? Huh? All these
tutorial gurus making money selling overpriced
courses all need to be shot. Also, EA is no
holy grail either. If you must have an EA,
learn to trade, and then use your successful
trading strategy to build your own EA. These
EA peddlers are making money selling it; not
by trading. Stop looking for some short route
holy grail. It it was that simple; everyone would
be multi-zillionaires without even reading a single
thing.

I get those emails too!!! I signed up for one thing from hedgemaster and they sold my email. Now this Bill whatever is sending me a countdown to his big launch that coinsdently he only has 500 to sell and like millions interested. Stick with babypips for education not some overpriced shiester

Yes I agree. As a retired financial journalist and an university academician, I can say the Babypips school and their forums are a boon to newbies as well as experienced traders.
Having scanned tens of thousands of web sites and around 70 books devoted to forex trading and education since last 8 years I can say no course or book can come close to the way the forex trading course has been laid out in a user-friendly manner with Quiz. And absolutely free. And the trading systems available on the forum are also good. The quality of people participating in the forums is equally good.
The whole project is done with a missionary zeal by people who have gone through the pain themselves while trading forex and know exactly where the mines lie. The people involved undoubtedly are passionate about fx trading.
I purchased one of Bill Poulos’s courses a while back promising millions etc… and being a big dummy I purchased it for 2k. Anyway, I studied his method on how to trade successfully and trade after trade turned into losers. I even sent screenshots to Billie or whoever and they replied saying I was doing everything right. I had seven losing trades in a row with his system of which I then requested a refund.
Would you believe I got my full refund minus shipping charges!! I think I got a refund because I took pictures of everything when I received the product and took pictures before I returned the product and had confirmed emails from them about the pics.
Anyway, my point is ole Billie is just another scammer looking to pull one over on us Forex newbies.

Bill Poulos is one of the best Forex teacher. It’s worth a try on his courses but is expensive at $2000. I did bought 3 of his course as used from a website. I apply the techniques on my trade and it did returns some profit. I must say it was a good course. Maybe it will not work on some other trade, all depends on timing. I have finished the 3 courses, if anyone interested please email me.
I came from stocks background and had never had much consideration of forex trading.
Then came baby pips, i completed the school section and found it really interesting.
I went to the forum, and i swear i have never met sucha great community whereby people are willing to help others go to the extreme just to make sure they understand what is being taught here.
I really am grateful to this forum, and if you ask me, i strongly recommend reading all the information provided on here!
It’s damn hell alot i must say, but with passion it’s nothing that cannot be accoomplished.
I hope you’d be able to enjoy what i learned here and best of all its free!
