Hello everyone, i live in Venezuela and in order to trade for real i need to fund an Skrill account , but the thing is that i need to send money thru paypal first , there are several exchange websites claiming that it can be done for a fee , but , when i try to get reviews on them it seems that most people have negative comments about the experience, any recommendations? i need to get thru this.
