I’m looking for a Mac native charting & trading software. My current platform is a Windows only software and I have to run Parallels to run it. It has some very nice features but it is very buggy and slow. Takes for ever to load charts and if you change time frames it also takes for ever. Never understood that since they already have historical prices that they write to disc. Also their automated trade management sucks big time causing me some major grief. In short, I’ve had it with this piece of crap.
Just came across MotiveWave which I believe is written in Java so it runs natively on all platforms. Does anyone use MotiveWave on a Mac? If so, I would appreciate some information as to your experience with it. It seems to have all the features that are in my current software and a better interface too. Please tell me what you liked as well as what you did not like about MotiveWave. Thanks!
