Im using them for now as they gave me £20 free so im kind of using that as a demo account with the free cash and if i make some profit then its good however if i loose it all its not my money anyway.
Just wondering what peoples experiences are with Plus500? I dont go off their charts i still use MT for analyis

I do use plus 500. But I’m not satisfied with their platform and services. Their charges are very high compare to other brokers. I have this platform trading as my backup plan. Charting tools are not good enough. But they are growing & hope they will be in better position soon. D
I just use their phone platform to execute my trade only. How did you find them ?

I started trading like two months ago, first with Markets where i deposited 10 euros. I felt limited because i couldnt use any indicators (didn’t understand mt4 back then :p). A month ago i started trading on plus500 and i like them more because their EUR/USD spread is only 2 pips.
I don’t really like their trade platform though, the options are very limited, thats why i still use my markets.com acc with mt4 to research trades.
Turned $100 into $270 so far!Guess im lucky though.
Nah far from it haha, started trading about a week ago, gone through the school on here learning things. Learnt alot!

Plus500 have a horrible platform, probably the worst out there. They also having a very bad reputation. They are considered a borderline scam broker at FPA. They make me completely distrust ASIC (which supposedly regulates them).

Which platform would you recommend for a demo account and also for trading live ??
I use IC Markets and FXCM (both on demo). IC Markets has insanely low spreads (even negative on the ctrader platform!). Yes, I didn’t mistype that, you actually get real ECN spreads which can be as low as -0.3 on the EURUSD, so you get to play just like the big boys. They charge a roundtrip commission of $7 on 100k. So effectively that makes their spread on the EURUSD on average between 0.4 and 1.3. When you are ready for a live account you can go through an Introducing Broker like HFT Group and your commission goes down to $5.5 on 100k, so that brings the avg EURUSD spread down to 0.2-1.1. IC Markets doesn’t have any restrictions whatsoever on scalping, hedging, and news trading, which are extremely important to me.
I also love the cTrader platform, which is a billion times better than the ancient mt4. It also has an incredible web interface so you can use it on any computer (although the mobile mt4 is slightly better than the ctrader mobile). cTrader also has a much faster execution speed than mt4, and is much more stable.
I’ve done some extensive research to arrive at these conclusions, and I am certain that no broker out there gives a better rate than IC Markets.
Don’t ever consider Plus500. They are really the very worst out there. Their platform is designed to lose you money. They are frighteningly bad.
Sorry to see this for you Zaghloul. There should be a reason for this. But I see a lot of users who are actually satisfied by them.
