Are there any brokers offering free training? I am mid level but want to improve. Courses need to be remote- like podcasts.

This is a good idea. The courses should be free but might be conditional on you opening at least a demo account. Don’t put real money in just to get access to client training.

Google seems to tell me some brokers offer training but I haven’t taken it so I cannot recommend any names. But still a good idea.

There are some podcasts that I follow, not from brokers though.
No Nonsense Forex, Desire to Trade.

I found www.hotforex.com and www.forex4you.com to teach free. But if you trade, then trading with www.icmarkets.com will be ok
