Are there any companies out there that allow trading via Tradingview? I often come accross platforms that claim to be flexible but then only integrate with mt4/5
Welcome to Babypips!
(I’ve moved your thread to “Prop Firms,” where it might just get better targeted attention.)
Lux Trading does.
And there are a few more, here (cick on the green words) -
Take a look at fundingpips they have an option to choose tradelocker platform which has trading view
lark funding, dna funding allow to trade on trading view
You’re a legend!
Don’t know why but every platform that I checked claimed to be compatible and then only supported mt4/5 under the hood.
Does anybody know if this is just like adding a broker in TV, or is there some weird integration thing you need running to make TV work with another platforms (like MT4)?
Did you end up picking one of those mentioned?
Although the previous post here was only last month, I can perhaps offer a minor update: in addition to the prop firms with TradingView available, there are also others that have their own white-label versions of TradingView available, that’s to say not listed under the TradingView name but exactly or almost exactly the same platform, made for them by TradingView with their own company names on it.
Most of the props i have noticed offer MT5 which is also a good software to initiate trades and make money instead of trading view. I believe that making money is the only motive for going to any prop firms, correct me if i am wrong.
Some have educational content. Some have very low-priced “education-only” membership packages where you can get a membership of the prop firm site, library, videos, forum, whatever, without even taking the evaluation and trying to get funding. (I guess they hope you’ll do so later?).
Topstep has a platform called “Topstep-X” which seems to be TradingView under another name. And TradeDay has “TradeDay-x” which seems to be the same.
Both companies describe “their” platforms as individual, unique products which were designed for them by the manufacturers of TradingView.
But I think they’re both really white-label versions of TV.
