I looked at their website and was unable to find even the most basic information about them -
company name
company registration number
name of their regulator
regulator’s licencing or registration number
country they operate from
physical registration address
operating address
Forget it.

I don’t think they are legit enough for anyone to trust them. You can reconsider your choice and look for other options.
