Not much ‘meat’ to it I don’t think but I have to say that some of the stuff does sound ‘pretty familiar’!!! LOL!!!
Again it’s by Van Tharp so I again figure it’s ‘worth a mention’.
Maybe somebody will ‘get something out of it’.
