i’ m tradind demo with ava and my best result came when trading oil and gold, so i would like to tell me, if you know, othe broker that has them, and what do you think about avafx, the one i’m using now

Hey, mate. Avafx is a good broker. You’ll find some good and bad reviews. Unless there’s a hard proof of any kind, don’t believe everything you read. Some might argue but NFA brokers screw with your trades too… especially I*FX.
