Has anyone used Avi Firster’s FX Trading machine ?
I’ve read the rave reviews & also that it’s 100% bogus ?!

About six months ago I found Avi Frister when searching for FX systems I think I must have subscribed to a free newsletter but didn’t actually buy the system.What followed was remarkable,a series of emails trying to convince me to buy his holy grail and when I didn’t take up his offer the emails became abusive.He basically said I was a looser if I didn’t buy the system and in another couple of emails he bragged about how successful he was, in fact so successful he “was going to go out get wasted and laid” with some of his huge profits. In all I received about six of these emails then they stopped.Like all $99,$119 or $129 systems they are a complete waste of money.Just stick to this website and all it has to offer and it’s free!
Yep, I’ve seen it. I don’t understand why anyone likes it but to each their own.
Here the deal with Mr. Avi’s Machine.
First off, I am not promoting his system in anyway, In fact I pirated it as I did every other trading system and ebook I have studied. With that said, I suggest you do the same. Thepirtaebay and Ares have saved me a lot of money.
I will say that his cashcow system does work, however if you are into daytrading and scalping, its not for you. I trade mini lots and with this system alone I can pull about 150-250 pips a month, guaranteed, Now by guaranteed I mean that you have to follow it to a tee and let the market determine your trades. Now this may not be alot of pips but it really takes about 30 sec a day to see if the conditions are right and another minute to carry out the trade if its the right time. The occurrence only happens about 5-8 times a month. Its a nice way to start my trading day as I sip my morning coffee. So with about a total of 20 minutes of work a month , I make an extra $200, small change, yes…I’d also like to make a million dollars at once but, Ill take $10,000 one hundred times!
Naturally If you succumb the the natural emotions of fear and greed and try to force a trade you will mess up the whole thing and be posting that it is a scam.
As for his runner method and flip and go method, I have no real comment, I do not day trade. I use a huge account balance and trade a max of three lots at a time. I use Andrews pitchfork methods to enter and exit trades. I refuse to trade the news, ( want to trade news events?, try the stock market!!!) Forex is a technical market and I don’t care what anyone says. There is no get rich quick solution. (Want that? come to Vegas where I live…we have casinos for that!)
Most of investing in any form is control over yourself and having realistic expectations. Also you need to have capital. I wanted to get into Forex long before I ever opened an account. I traded demos for 4 months and finally opened a mini account with 10,000.This way I can weather the fluctuations as I hold positions from a few days to over a month.

Stefan - There is no short cut in this business. Its going to take you several years (perhaps 3-10) to get the hang of it from scratch. In babypips you have found a free resource that is full of good stuff and as you confidence grows you will rapidly see which posts are worth pursuing and which arent
Most of the systems I’ve seen and like the previous poster haven’t paid for any, I’d feel more than a little miffed if I had shelled out good money for a poorly written discussion of pivot points. candles or a triple moving average system when I could read about them for free. Go read Elder Alexander’s Trading for a Living for system ideas. Knowledge will take you further thanthese systems. If you want a system go try the free ones on this site. The 30-40 pips a day system sometimes does exactly what it claims, for free. Although it needs a few tweaks at least when I used it. Start with one of these systems and a demo account or a simulator and you will learn a few things fast. I did and spend 97.00 bucks on something for your SO.
This is a good tip, you better test out a system on a free demo, if they rather don’t give you a free demo then you’d better be suspicious…
If you see a system that looks interesting you can always ask for more information, but anyway before you put in your real money try it out for a periode you like if the system keeps doing what it said maybe you’ll find something you can earn allot of money on.

One could always download a bittorrnet client like Ares and use a bittorrent site like thepiratebay to find just about anything for free.
Now downloading anything copyrighted is illegal and the use of such programs should only be done to demonstrate the usefulness of bittorent technology for legit applications. 
It’s definitely not bogus.
Several sources have told me that Cash Cow works quite well, there just aren’t many set ups in a month. I’ve only been using Flip and Go, I back tested 6 months of data and only had 1 losing month. I then gave it a couple of tweaks and made money (demo) every month. I had an excellent week last week and made 7% on my trading account in 5 trades. Conservatively I reckon you’ll make a minimum of 100 pips per month which might not sound huge but the stops are tight (15 pips) so you can trade big lots. I started with 250,000 units per trade and increase it (or decrease it) in line with my risk management strategy. If you want to know my modifications I will let you know but I would ask that you purchase it rather than pirate it if you decide to go ahead. The guy has come up with a good system (mechanical and quite original) and I believe he’s entitled to profit from his endeavours - it’s a personal integrity issue for me, besides, you should make your money back in no time. There are a lot of wankers out there peddling a bunch of crap and I ALWAYS get a few opinions from people before I buy anything or I don’t buy - that’s why I buy very little, but I’ve been happy with what I have purchased. Any logical system will work, the key is finding or designing one you’re comfortable with and following it no matter what the interfering mind tells you differently.

I got one from pirate bay last week and the arse who uploaded the rar file is asking payment for the password that he/she has lumped on it. It is possible to crack the password by running a prog on it, but that can take hours/days depending upon the length and characters used. It also takes up a lot of CPU power. The person could at least have made a note on the torrent to say it was password protected. Waste time downloading. Tempted to send the cheeky git a virus.

I bought Avi’s trading machine, Is not a scam the info is good the trading methods so so, the only good one is the cash cow.(In my opinion)
When I got it I was not aware yet of baby pips,(if i was i would have never purchased) in my opinion this site has the best info out there and free! plus the ppl in this community always willing to give good advice.
In all fairness to Avi I learned a lot from his manual, but I learned a lot more from baby pips!

Have you got any back/forward testing stats for cashcow? How long have you been trading it live?
I’ve got the ebook and I think it’s put together pretty well. I’ve demoed forex runner and cashcow just a bit and both systems seem to work well.
Forex runner requires alot of screen time, especially during the london session so I had to give it up.
I look forward to hearing more about your results!
