Hi everyone,

I started the babypips school a month ago and was going through it slowly each day. I haven’t been on it for a few weeks due to various things but when I logged in today, nothing has been saved and I’m being asked to start at the beginning!

Does anyone know why this is as I had saved each session?

Hi,

I have the same experience. I completed pre-school lessons and found nothing saved on next day.
Then I clicked on pre-school and marked lessons completed by clicking symbols in front of the topics. But nothing was happened to my quiz scores.

Hi Guys,

Great that you have decided to take some education first before starting of in trading forex. It is a pitty that your study progress not has been saved. Maybe there is a technical hick up. Have you brought this under the attenion of Babypips School or one of the moderators of the site?

Welcome to BabyPips.com. I’m sorry for the problems you’re experiencing with the School of Pipsology progress tracking. Can you give me some information about the web browsers you are using to connect to the website? Also, are you using more than one device to connect and mark your lessons complete? Can you recall if you log out of your session or do you simply leave the browser as is and come back later, either using the same device or a different one?

Also, how long have you been tracking your progress?

Answers to those questions will help us troubleshoot the problem for you.

Hi everyone,

Many thanks for the replies. I am using Internet Explorer 9. When I was in the School I was ticking the box which stated complete lesson and I was logging out each time from the site. It was saving no problem but when I went into the site yesterday nothing was saved. I don’t know if this was because I had a few weeks break but I wouldn’t have thought that would be an issue.
I have got in touch with the site organisers so am awaiting a reply. If you can help in meantime that would be greatly appreciated to.

Thank you very much for your consideration. I used Firefox browser to follow pre-school and Kindergarten lessons. I finished my pre-school lessons on first day and I finished first topic of Kindergarten lessons on following day. After that I experienced this problem. I was not logging off my session that time. I completed my Kindergarten lessons using Firefox browser and same computer. Now I am following Elementary lessons and I am using different computer and Chrome browser. But this time everything is working fine. I experienced this problem only once. That time I was lost all my saved data of completed lessons.

I have tried to enable the cookies on my browser as per instructions on this site bit to no avail.
I too have tried using chrome now and it does work but problem on there is that my Avast antivirus always keeps saying ‘threat has been detected’ which is even more annoying as I’m only on the babypips website!!
I would rather use internet explorer if possible but still no signs of a solution.

Hello my friends…I´ve been trying to enter School link, and it does not work. Instead of it, my browser starts downloading this file school.gz. I tried with IE, Firefox, Safary and Chrome, but nothing. May someone please help me with this issue.

Can you tell me what page/URL your are on, and what tab/link/URL you are clicking? That will help us troubleshoot the problem.
