Back again - legal issues?

Hey all,

I’ve been here before but left it for a bit 'cause of time issues and such.

I cant help but wonder:
Is Forex legal everywhere? and do you need to pay taxes on earnings?

Is this diffrent per country? I’m from Belgium btw.

Internet doesn’t give me a solid answer :frowning:

Trading is legal , although certain elements were banned by ESMA ie options are not allowed in the UK , just make sure that the broker is registered and you should be ok. Taxwise depends where you live but will be classed as income , here in the UK spreadbet trading is tax free but CFD is taxable
