Not a good look. It happened in the US in previous years with various brokers, and Binance is the lastest victim of this regulation. The bad news continues for Binance!
Fear from regulation on the institution side. Maybe Binance is growing too fast and not keeping it’s checks and balances in order. Perhaps FTX will try to take over the top spot. They’re a bit away, but they’ve been aggressively marketing and partnering with all sorts of celebrities and sports teams.
It could be. There certainly has to be a reason why everyone suddenly turned on Binance at the same time.
