Hi guys…I understand that candlestick patterns are an essential tool for price action traders. So does that mean steve nison could be one of the best price action trader, since no 1 could be better at understanding candlestick as compared to steve nison? Just being curious…
Not too sure about that, but another take on it, I’m sure there are people/phd’s etc who know everything there is to know about basketball, but are they better than Jordan or LeBron?
Candlesticks are one part of price action, there’s still support/resistance, supply/demand, support & resistance etc…
Steve Nison’s definitely a good author, if that helps 
How do you know he is the best? I know of people who I can say for sure are better…
I’m not saying he is the best…I’m asking since he introduced candlesticks to the west, is he a one of the most renowned price action trader(since candlesticks are an essential tool for price action)?
As you can read most of the answers are pointing out that for example: basketball was invented many years in the past but still Jordan was one of the best players and he did not invented anything.
