You have listed some good brokers that I have used in the past, and I think you can also add FP Markets because they also have an offshore license with St. Vincent.
And compared to other offshore brokers, FP markets offer some of the lowest slippage, spreads and commission cost per round per lot.
what was the best broker considering withdraw speed?
Well, I’ll go with Tenkofx for withdrawal speed. I have tried exness and octabfx in the past, but both declined over time. However, Tenkofx is like an old fine wine. I like the simplicity of this broker, especially their policy on trading strategies to use. No restriction.
I have raw spread account with Hotforex I use it for scalping because it has low spreads on majors so it kinda solves the problem with high transaction costs which sometimes make great impact on final results. Withdrawals are fast also I take part in the their demo contest which gives you a chance to make money from the strategies you want to test.
