Better MT4 Strategy Tester results readout?

Any tool for helping me in getting more info out about the modifications, in Strategy Tester results readout?
Mainly, exact time&price when modification takes place, so I could more easily to track the reason behind modify (trailing stop or break even or…).

Or at least, how could I find manually exact modification time?

Sorry if question is dumb, I’m new to forex.

As an example about current readout:

Ok, half of the “problem” (not really a problem…just wanted to learn ea workings) solved. Almost. Used mt4 Strategy Tester in slow speed mode.
Not something i would like to do on regular basis, so if someone shares better way - thanks in advance!
