Kudos to not bulk blocking all accounts. I agree that it would be against the premise of cryptocurrency and it’s mission to provide “banking” and payments and money services to the masses. Punishing all for the actions of a few seems misguiding to me. Plus, the kinds of balances that oligarchs and the super rich would attempt to move to hide money or circumvent sanctions would be easily identifiable by exchanges. In that respect, I would think authorities would have better luck following the money, even if on a blockchain somewhere.
