why you don’t wanna try cent account broker? (after getting some experience with demo-accounts).
At least, I was doing so when discovered forex-world 
There are pretty a lot of cent brokers who have low fees and regulated.
What about Etoro and Plus500. I would pick the 2nd one. Cause I’ve read a loooooot of negative reviews about Etoro.
I think you should choose brokers with cent accounts (if you want to trade yourself).
Example as:

www.fbs.com
But the weaknesses of these cent accounts can spread slightly !

You can go with any of the brokers suggested to you here, but being a total beginner in the forex world I would suggest you that first, get yourself get comfortable with their demo account instead of opening a live account directly.
This is probably the most helpful recommendation from this topic. Newbies often underestimate risks and complexity of developing right expertise for trading and their first experience becomes losing money on live account. I think after 6-12 months of training on demo a newbie will understand much better his needs for a broker services, and thus make better choice.
