As the subject says, I’m looking for a broker where I can establish a corporate forex account and take leveraged positions in gold and silver. I’m in the US and am new to Forex trading but from what little I’ve learned Dodd Frank bans leveraged commodity positions for US brokers and has restricted foreign brokers from offering this to US citizens.
I suppose I could form an offshore company owned by my company and have it get an account out of the US. Is there a better option?
