Brokers that allow index?

Hello!

Does anyone have recommendations for brokers that allow index trading? Oanda allows it but each pip is $1.4. I was hoping for smaller size amounts. FXCM states that S&P500 pip is .17, however it is actually a fractional pip, or a pipette that is worth .17. The real pip is worth 1.7. I would want the real pip (240X) to be worth the .17, not (2401.X) to be worth the .17.

Does anyone have any ideas?

TDAmeritrade in the US. Where do you live? And does regulation matter to you?

You can also check conditions in Tickmill or Hotforex, they offer it as US500 with decent leverage, underlying instrument is cash. so no dividends debited or credited
