At the end of every trading transaction in Forex who are the real
winners would that be brokers or traders?
The brokers hands down. The value of a business should not just be measured in the average pnl but also the variance. Brokers make money but their varaince is low. If you can make it work, its a good business to be in.
They also make money re-investing your margin deposits. Its like who makes money in gambling, punters or the bookies. there is a reason however that not everyone can be a bookie.
Though it is true that even though traders loose brokers would still win for the their charges, I think it is no body’s fault. Sometimes traders win too, but brokers income is constant unlike the one of traders.All the same we can not do without them, so if we work hard we can still win all the time!
Every trading transaction is different. It is easy for trader to lose on a deal, but for broker it is also not impossible if they fail to provide the latest quote or if their spending connected with transaction is greater than their earnings from spread/commission.
