I guess there are many sites offering to get an EA coded however i think you better google your own, moreover many traders get their EA coded through MQL.

Here’s a good strategy bro. Study hard. Work long hours. Commit. Cause even if someone did offer you their strategy you couldn’t get it to work.
But back to your original question, go visit fxdreema.com. Best EA compiler out there and yes you are going to have to fork out a little bit of money. Nowhere near the same amount you would spend to get a programmer.
