Does anyone have experience with any of the expert advisor programming services available on the internet? I am looking for one that doesn’t charge excessively as the strategy is very simple.

Well, I think a good site is the mql5 forum. You can post your needs as a job offer in the job section and then select among programmers that send their offers to do the programming for you.
