Can forex skills be applied to the stock market?

Generally speaking, yes. There may be certain tools that work better or worse, but the same basic principles of price movement apply to both markets.

yes you can use, but the thing is watch for movements made by BIG fellas, have good risk management , that is the key to win in all markets.

Technical analysis works the same everywhere.

Yes, I see no such barrier between the 2 markets.
> News Trading: If we are expecting some news for a particular stock, we can take a position on that stock.
> Technical Analysis: This analysis as said above in comments is applicable on every stock, currency, index or commodity.
> Fundamental Analysis: This analysis too is based on the financial data of a particular stock, so in-depth analysis would surely be of a great help.

Basically, its the way how we approach a particular stock. Some are fundamental trader, technical traders so it depends upon the way of trading.

From technical analysis you can use all of it; from fundamental, instead of macroeconomics you will need to focus on a certain company or the overall health of the economy (and you should always keep an eye for money printing as it devalues the currency and values all other assets - gold, stocks, etc.).

Technical analyses work the same everywhere, but that doesn’t mean that a certain forex strategy will work the same with stocks.

Thank you all for the replies, I’m enjoying the stock market so far!

Certain stocks move the same way as forex pairs. So many strategies can be applied to both forex and stock.
