Can I use RSI to detect trend?

Hi, Just found certain indicator that said to use RSI to detect trend. But don’t know how to use it. Can I use this to detect trend?

RSI is good indicator that included in defalult platform already available, as I know this indicator have similar tool like as stochastic oscilator which can used to determine overbough tand oversold area, but usually different timeframe also will different view if we look line of indicator.
