I think what the context meant is this. But in my opinion, you cannot use this in a live market. This is just too rigid. You can still learn this if you’re a complete beginner to get the hang of anything related to the market. But in live market, it will sometimes work, sometimes it doesn’t. And you’re not sure the reason why.
