according to the internet and babypips CFD is banned in US.
Contract for difference, which includes forex, stocks, commodities, indicies and much more.

But you can trade forex and stocks and commodities and indicies in US.
so how come they say its banned in US?

They say it because it’s true: CFDs are a form of spreadbetting and America has strict laws about online betting activities. Forex and stocks and commodities and indices aren’t classified as betting in the same way, more as investing or trading.
