It was Al Gore that introduced the Tern "Global Warming’ to America. The term Climate change was introduced as a means to explain why the warming they predicted back in the mid 90’s never occurred.
Our favorite fake scientist Bill Nye even went on MSNBC during a very cold winter and told the host to call it Climate change during the winter and only use Global Warming during the summer. This all has far less to do with science and more about marketing

Solar technology…still in its infancy… In Australia the take up has been enormous with even a Coal fired Power Station being closed (Melb.) with cries of blackouts and chaos forecast for our summer… hasn’t happened because on 40 degree + days when Joe Public turns on his Aircon, his roof top Solar system is supplying the power and not the grid…

Those of us still with jobs will get back and forth in a self-driving electric car that we will not own. I can keep going but you get the picture. Which is why the Technocrats pushing global warming know they have a short window to push their Carbon Tax.

South Australia just had a Tesla Power Station installed which is connected to Solar Farms and Wind Turbines. Putting a coal fired backup plant out of business.
With the huge take up of Solar in this country, The Australian energy providers know the game is nearly up…
So they just push supply prices up and up and up to cover the shortfall in revenue…
Australia, Scandinavian countries, China, Israel, all moving away from the old coal fired power stations and into renewable, cleaner energy sources. Even the UK plan to close their remaining coal fired stations by 2020.

Nowadays a lot of people talk about global cooling… I even believe in some kind of conspiracy theory, but I think the main point is much deeper than stated in the article.

Back to the topic…The weather has changed though… when I was a kid doing a paper round back in the early 80’s we used to get a lot of -1, -2 even occasional -5 celsius mornings… the lowest it’s been in Melbourne during winter in recent memory is between 2 - 7 celsius… I haven’t de-iced a windscreen for a long, long, looong time…
