Can anyone please help.
I need an ea or script that can do the following:
-Place Pending buy or sell stop at price selected by me.
-Close such orders at time selected by me even if active and in negative.

Try the book “Expert Advisor Programming” by Andrew R Young. In the book he takes you through creating your own EA and has examples of controlling the trading times. All the code and examples from the book are downloadable from his web site. He has examples for EA’s with pending orders too, so you could place your selected price in an external variable.
Ultimately you will want to modify any EA or script to suit your beliefs about the markets, so start now and learn a bit of MT4.
