Confusion with the times I must trade, cause Im in South Africa, times are different

Hi, What times should I trade, What times are the New YOrk session and LOndon session.
Which ones should I trade and what time is the best if Im in South Africa, cause the time is different here.
Which session has ranging, trend or volatility aswell. Should I stay away from the Asia session.

London session is from 3am-Noon New York time. New York session is from 8am-5pm New York time. The most heavily traded time is during their overlap (8am-noon New York time.)

As far as what type of moves you see at specific times, I defer to( IMO) a well written article on DailyFX.com:

[B]Your time zone is South Africa Standard Time (SAST=GMT+2).[/B] Your time zone never changes, because South Africa does not observe daylight saving time.

However, trading times (opening and closing times) in 5 of the 7 principal forex markets [B]will change[/B] (in your time zone) in the fall, beginning in late September (because those locations will go onto, or off of, daylight saving time).

For now, and until late September, the opening and closing times for the 7 principal forex markets are as follows:

[B]Wellington — 10pm - 7am[/B] (these times apply to all of New Zealand)

[B]Sydney — Midnight - 9am[/B] (these times apply to the southeastern region of Australia)

[B]Singapore — 2am - 11am[/B] (these times apply to most of mainland east Asia)

[B]Zurich — 8am - 5pm[/B] (these times apply to all of central Europe)

[B]London — 9am - 6pm[/B] (these times apply to Great Britain, Ireland, and Portugal)

[B]New York — 2pm - 11pm[/B] (these times apply to the eastern U.S. and Canada)

I also have confusing times here in Hawaii. So what I did what make a chart of GMT, NY & my time. I have it posted about my computer. Now as part of my Trading plan, I only trade at certain times I have planned.
