Is there any recommendation for consist scalping EA? Have a good broker with fast execution and great spreads, but only have poor scalping ea.

I would shy away from these sorts of things. You can maybe find one, I doubt it but you might be able to.
Anyway, I think you should work on being a good trader. That way you can correctly assess if whatever EA you are using is actually good or not.
I totally agree with coffeeshop. There’s a good reason they’re called expert advisors not expert traders. You first need to become that before even contemplating using a bot.
